Key Points for Operators

Before Install: Check for shipping damage. Clean off all protective grease from the cavity and vents with alcohol. Verify the coolant ports match your machine lines.

During Install: Lift it evenly. Tighten bolts in a cross pattern to the correct torque. Use a dial indicator to align the halves properly—this prevents flash and wear.

In Production: Set your air pressure and cooling for a clean bottle form, then keep parameters stable. Wipe down cavities during scheduled stops. Never use steel tools to remove stuck bottles.
